My sleep cycles and exhaustion levels are being impacted. Trying to live up to everyone’s expectations including my own, is exhausting. Being too hard on yourself can impact your sleep pattern because if your mind is constantly engaged in negative self-talk and worry, sleep will not come easy or not at all.
